Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize our AP operations. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all AP processes while driving system improvements and supporting organizational growth. Initially, this position will be hybrid, transitioning to fully remote from December 8th to the end of July 2026.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and credit card reconciliation.
• Review and approve all invoices and payments for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage virtual credit card processes, including approvals and issuance with proper controls.
• Ensure accurate coding of invoices and payments to the General Ledger.
• Prepare and review period-end accruals and reconciliations for AP and related accounts.
• Complete and reconcile prepaid expenses and ensure proper journal entries.
• Generate and analyze AP reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Lead AP integration for newly acquired entities, harmonizing policies and procedures for smooth transitions.
• Manage and mentor the AP team, overseeing daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Establish and enforce AP policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with GAAP standards.
• Serve as a key stakeholder in the selection and implementation of a new ERP system.
• Lead the design and configuration of AP functions within the system to ensure seamless integration.

Job Type & Location :

This is a contract to hire position based out of Beaverton, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.07 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
