They are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Analyst / Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their Finance team. This role reports to the Director of Finance and works closely with leaders across the company.

This is an in-person role in Santa Monica.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making
• Consolidate and reconcile financial data from multiple systems and teams
• Prepare monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and insights for department leaders
• Support the monthly close process and summarize results for management
• Partner with cross-functional teams on business cases, cost / benefit analyses, and strategic initiatives
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Provide financial forecasts and scenario analysis to guide planning
• Contribute to other finance-related projects as needed

Qualifications

Compensation : Targeting a base salary of $110-140k + bonus
