Vendor Management Position

A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will
- Recruit new qualified vendors to be added into the database
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors
- Update county coverage area, products and fees
- Review performance and quality of vendors
- Communicate with vendors regarding performance and quality
- Work with vendors to ensure adherence to ServiceLink processes and expectations
WHO YOU ARE
You possess
Ability to recognize problems outside the normal mandated company, client and state regulations, guidelines and requirementsPrior mortgage servicing or real estate industry experience highly preferredIntermediate Excel knowledge (Vlookups, Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.)Excellent customer service and communication skillsThe ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clientsA penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standardsThe ability to work independently and as a part of a teamResponsibilities
Proficiency using ServiceLink operating systems and internal search enginesAdhere to company policies and proceduresMaintain professional relationships with vendorsMake necessary updates to vendor profiles, as neededUpdate county coverage area, fees, products and base schedule information for vendors, as neededAssist vendors with using ServiceLink applications, such as EXOS, including assisting with download and use of ServiceLink mobile appsMonitor vendors for overall performance and counsel, as necessaryRecruit new qualified vendors to be added into the databaseHelp seek resolution to any billing / payment inquiryMaintain team foldersAbility to assist vendors with all aspects of their daily work, as neededMeet production goals and accuracy requirementsFollow up for appointment updates and other vendor-related task, as neededAnswer incoming phone callsWork directly with other internal departments, as neededPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications
