The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Ideal candidates will be able to work on-site, have basic accounting skills including reconciliations, invoicing, and data entry, and be flexible with tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and manage mail
• Process accounts payable
• Administrative tasks including filing and data entry
• Effectively communicate with inter-office staff
• Call vendors to ensure proper invoicing and handle discrepancies
• Support the controller with accounting tasks
