Physician- Cardiologist Non-Invasive - Hybrid (Inpatient / Outpatient)

Position Summary :

AtlantiCare's Heart and Vascular Institute is seeking a board-certified / board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our expanding team. This position provides a hybrid inpatient and outpatient cardiology practice, delivering high-quality patient care at The Heart and Vascular Institute at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center and outpatient locations across southeastern New Jersey.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive non-invasive cardiology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in hospital-based rounding on a rotating schedule (1 : 4 call and weekend coverage)
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac imaging and diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of over 40 cardiovascular specialists, including interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional pulmonologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and vascular surgeons
• Utilize state-of-the-art cardiovascular technology to support clinical decision-making
• Participate in cardiology fellowship training and IM / FM resident education , with an opportunity to teach Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines
• Document patient encounters in a timely and efficient manner using AtlantiCare's advanced AI documentation system
