At The Playing Field, we believe that taking care of children begins with taking care of teachers.

We are currently hiring a Lead Early Childhood Teacher for our infant and toddler classrooms at our Madison Midtown location.

Since 2015, The Playing Field has served children and families from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Our program brings together children impacted by homelessness and those from more advantaged families in a high-quality early learning environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary : $51,000-$54,000 per year, based on education and experience.

Bonuses :

$1,000 sign-on bonus after the probationary period

Time Off :

Up to 20 days paid time off annually

9 paid holidays

Who We're Looking For :

Reliable, professional, and eager to learn

Completed associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, or closely related field.

Committed to high standards in early childhood education

Wisconsin Registry Certificate required (we will assist qualified candidates in obtaining certification during the hiring process)
