ARCpoint Labs provides drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, background checks, medical exams, blood draws, and other test services to both companies and individuals. We are looking for a competent, confident, and experienced professional —not a trainee—who can perform high-quality collections and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Candidates must be reliable, organized, and skilled at working with patients of all ages, including children, elderly individuals, and those who may be anxious or difficult draws.

Position Role :

• Client intake, information gathering and technology processing.
• Blood collection and processing.
• POCT testing.
• Drug and Alcohol testing.
• DNA Collections.
• Mobile collections. Company vehicle is provided for mobile business.
• POS processing.
• Commercial Billing.
• On-Call Rotation from time to time
• Comfortable in the use of desktop and mobile devices.
• Daily utilization of windows-based software.
• Appointment setting and scheduling.
• Phone answering and call processing.
• Completion of daily reports.

Detail Oriented

Exceptional customer service skills.

Meticulous office and lab cleanliness.

Proficient in the use of technology.

Outstanding verbal and nonverbal communication.

Ability to work independently

Ability to perform manual vital signs.

Minimum Requirements :

Phlebotomy certification

Certified Medical Assistant a plus.

CA Driver’s License.

Clean criminal background and negative drug test.

Understanding in HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality.

Medical terminology.

Positive / Professional attitude and appearance.

Preferred Requirements :

Certified Phlebotomist.

Certified Medical Assistant.

Experience preferred in drug and alcohol testing, DOT certified or desire to become certified.

Education Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type : Part-Time Needed Now, Full-time Possible
