About the Role
Join a new grant-funded program providing clinical support to adults living in seven transitional housing sites in and near the Tenderloin. This role blends clinical case management, care coordination, and onsite engagement—all with a trauma-informed, harm-reduction lens.
You'll work directly with residents housed in the program, building trust, delivering clinical services, and partnering closely with onsite staff from a collaborating community organization. This position is ideal for an engaging, relationship-driven associate clinician who thrives in diverse, community-based work.
What You'll Do
Clinical & Case Management
- Provide individual and group therapy + clinical case management
- Hold a caseload of ~30 residents
- Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and de-escalation

Master's Degree & Registered with BBSASW, AMFT, or APCCExperience with homelessness, SUD, and / or mental health populationsStrong engagement and relationship-building skillsComfortable working in high-need urban settingsCompensation & Benefits
