Job Summary :

Avery Brooke Apartments located in the Dublin area, is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting the daily leasing activities of the property. You must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and site personnel. You must be detail oriented and able to focus with occasional interruptions. Base pay plus commission paid monthly. The position is 4 days a week, including Saturdays, at approximately 30-32 hours a week.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current residents.
• Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.
• Have an outgoing and friendly demeanor with a willingness to please people
• Attract prospective residents through outreach marketing, touring, and consistent follow-up practices
• Display thorough knowledge of application process to include resident screening, approval process, and lease execution
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by property manager
• Provide courteous and efficient handling of residents' maintenance request and property inquiries
