Field Service & Delivery Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as our Field Service-Delivery Specialist.. In this entry-level position, your primary responsibility will be counting and delivering vendor-owned materials to various job sites and warehouses. The ideal candidate should possess a valid driver's license, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and internal teams. What You'll Do :

• Accurately count and verify vendor-owned inventory materials before transportation.
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials to designated job sites and warehouses.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations during transportation activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns related to deliveries.
• Perform physical counts of vendor-owned materials with precision.
• Load and unload inventory materials onto company vehicles in a safe and organized manner.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track and update material quantities.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules.
• Complete required documentation, including delivery receipts and inventory reports.
• Follow established procedures for vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and transportation regulations.
