Skunkworks - Production Operations Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the stand-up of a new ADP production program in Marietta, GA, with a focus on operational excellence. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality program execution, from first build readiness through ongoing operations, while driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a Day-One Readiness Manufacturing Schedule to ensure a seamless first build.
• Oversee operational execution of projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and fostering process efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Serve as the primary liaison between senior management, stakeholders, and project teams, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
• Collaborate with build team management, program leaders, and supporting disciplines to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational optimization.
• Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of time-phased, budgeted tasks that achieve program objectives while maximizing resource efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, applying transformative thinking to improve workflows and drive operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain a manufacturing plan compliant with AS6500 standards, ensuring consistent quality and regulatory adherence.
