FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is looking for a proactive and meticulous Retail Inventory Auditor to play a key role in maintaining precise store asset balances.   In this exciting role, you'll be on the move—traveling to various store locations to conduct hands-on inventory audits with a handheld scanner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories at store locations to verify inventory balances.
• Utilize a handheld scanner to count merchandise accurately.
• Follow company audit procedures to ensure compliance with FirstCash policies.
• Assess potential risks and quality concerns during store audits.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to review and communicate audit results.
• Work independently while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies.
• Travel regularly and participate in full-team audits when necessary.
