Job descriptionAt least two (2) years of federal contracting experience within the last five (5) years, supporting government acquisitions. The ECS must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas : Conducting comprehensive reviews of procurement documents for accuracy, adequacy, and completeness. Identifying and resolving inconsistencies through effective communication. Reading and interpreting federal and agency acquisition policies, regulations, and directives. Drafting and preparing contract-related documents and forms. Performing and / or evaluating market research, including trends, conditions, alternative sources, and technological advances as applicable. Preparing and processing purchase requisitions and procurement packages for submission to the Contracting Officer (CO). Researching, analyzing, preparing, and reviewing invoice receipts, receiving reports, fund status, final payments, release of claims, certificates of completion, closeout documents, and other supporting materials. Investigating, reviewing, and preparing open obligations / undelivered orders (UDO) for closeout. Performing post-award contract administration in support of the CO. Monitoring Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASPs) to ensure contracted services meet contract requirements and facility needs. Work Environment On-site. Physical Demands Position is primarily sedentary, working while seated and / or standing. Position Type & Hours of Work Full-time. Travel This position will not require travel. Entry Level Contract Support Specialist Description CLGT Solutions, LLC dba CLOVEHITCH is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business focused upon providing professional solutions in the areas of training and talent acquisition.
The Entry-Level Contract Support (ECS) will provide acquisition support services to federal contracting operations.
Each proposed ECS must meet all minimum qualifications without substitution.
Experience must demonstrate the ability to support government acquisitions in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Education : Four (4) years above high school from an accredited college or university recognized by the Secretary, U.S.
- Department of Education.
