We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team in Lewisville, Texas. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in accounting processes and demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in managing financial transactions.

Responsibilities :

• Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are accurately recorded and paid promptly.
• Oversee accounts receivable tasks, including generating invoices and tracking payments.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are complete and accurate.
• Handle billing functions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for reporting and auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyze and report on financial data to support decision-making and business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within accounting operations.
• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and account reconciliations.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and other departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
