What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors at the front desk by assisting with inquiries and following security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and granting entry to authorized individuals. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents at the front desk area. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines. Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, visitor interactions, and / or incidents as required by site-specific policies. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters at the front desk. Minimum Requirements : Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
