Physician / Hospitalist / Pennsylvania / Permanent / Permanent Hospitalist or Nocturnist Physician -

Variety of shifts include :

• 1 Short call - distributes admissions amongst the teams (7a-done)

1 Long call - carryadmission pager from 4p-7p, shift 8a-7p

2Medium shifts- (8a-done, approx. 5 pm)

Swing Shift - admission pager from 1p-4p and assists with all admissions until 11pm

Night shift -7p-7a

Weekends :

• One PA for daytime rounds on Observation Unit and helps with admissions

No swing shift on Saturday, Swing shift on Sunday

General Surgery, Vascular, Cardiothoracics, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics

• Hospital-employed position
• $275,000 base salary
• Quality and productivity bonuses avg $25,0000-$40,000 annually
• Nocturnist pays $285,000 base, plus guaranteed minimum bonus of $15,000 for 12 shifts per month
