Primary Objectives of Position : The Business Engagement Representative is responsible employer outreach, marketing of services, connecting employers with candidates and working closely with staff to place participants in interested worksites. The Business Engagement Representative is an individual contributor on a team that is expected to meet / exceed performance objectives under the contract and ensure compliance with client, state and federal policies and procedures.

Physical Demands / Work Environment : Physical requirements include carrying / lifting to 5 pounds, frequently; up to 10 pounds, regularly; and up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to drive an automobile and operate computer keyboard and basic office equipment; subject to carrying, lifting, twisting, and reaching to perform essential
job functions. Working conditions are primarily in an office environment with occasional travel to other locations, frequent standing and walking.
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience : Minimum of two years' experience in staffing, recruiting or workforce development with at least one year's experience working with computer systems for data entry and data review.

Demonstrated ability to problem solve. Perform additional tasks as required. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work with a diverse population on a daily basis
Additional Requirements : Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
