We are a dynamic tax planning firm that prioritizes strategic financial guidance for our clients, with tax preparation as a fundamental service. Our clientele includes high-net-worth individuals. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within our firm.

Work Arrangement : In-Person Only

Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (extended hours during tax season may apply)

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately prepare and review individual, business, foundation, and trust tax returns.
  • Enter and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Work closely with tax planning professionals to optimize client tax strategies.
  • Manage multiple client accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with tax laws and industry changes to provide top-tier service.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in tax preparation, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and complex returns.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • CPA or EA designation is a plus but not required.
