JOB TITLE : Nurse Practitioner, Authorized Registered Nurse Practitioner

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES : The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care to a specific out-patient and in-patient population. The Nurse Practitioner reports directly to supervising physician.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current Certification.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania.
• Intermediate knowledge of and experience utilizing a personal computer and word processing software required.
