Technical Writer / analyst

Overview

A client of TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Analyst to join their Product Innovation workstream in support of strategic initiatives to help the business drive efficiency, speed to market, and quality. The successful candidate will focus on AI-specific initiatives leveraging Palantir-based solutions / platforms, with emphasis on Product Excellence, Regulatory / Clinical Data Management, and Regulatory Product Registration efforts. Strong analysis and exceptional documentation / content development skills are critical. The role involves partnering with technical SMEs and business partners to create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation in accordance with the company's defined process / templates / requirements for document output. The candidate will quickly get up to speed with these processes to ensure proper documentation throughout. The role will involve less requirements elicitation than a traditional BSA role, while supporting quality delivery during rapid development activities (low / no code).

Initial Engagement

Initial engagement anticipated for 6 months; however, the program has visibility for 18-24 months as of now.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation in alignment with defined processes, templates, and requirements.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs and business partners across the workstream to ensure accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Apply strong analysis skills to support quality delivery during rapid development activities (low / no code).
• Assimilate quickly into documented processes and requirements to ensure documentation meets standards.
