What you'll do

• Client Consultation :

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.

Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the status of their loan applications.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all client interactions.

Manage a pipeline of loan applications, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
