A / V Support Specialist

TEKsystems is partnering with a local client in the search for a Microsoft Teams Support Specialist to join their team. This person will be troubleshooting issues with conference room hardware and software, mainly Microsoft Teams.

• Duties & Responsibilities :
• Intake tickets via ServiceNow relating to conference room hardware and software, mainly Microsoft Teams & Zoom.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for a variety of users including executives, employees, and guests.
• Perform daily monitoring of systems
• Set up A / V and conference room equipment
• Skills & Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting Teams or Zoom in a customer facing IT support position, such as an internship, student help desk, or full-time position.
