As a Security Officer - Healthcare Entry Screener in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Screener in a healthcare location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances, greeting visitors, and checking credentials to support a secure environment. Pay Rate : $16.25 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Wed 02 : 15 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Fri 02 : 15 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Sat 02 : 15 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites. Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education. Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams. Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service. Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.

Responsibilities :

Greet and screen all individuals entering the healthcare location in accordance with site-specific policies and Allied Universal guidelines. Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and / or security-related incidents within the facility. Provide customer service by assisting visitors, patients, and staff with information and directions as needed. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and / or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document observations and incidents accurately and submit reports as required by site protocols. Adhere to all infection control and health screening protocols as directed by the healthcare facility. Maintain a professional presence and communicate with healthcare staff and visitors in a courteous manner.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts. Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments. A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company. Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
