Role Summary:


Design, build, and enhance Policy Administration Systems (PAS) with a strong focus on configurability, extensibility, and performance within the insurance domain.


This role involves architecting and managing complex, configurable data models, externalized workflow orchestration, and API-first, cloud-agnostic services to support PAS modernization and system integration.


Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in PAS engineering and/or architecture
• Deep understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle
• Experience with workflow engines/orchestration
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with Java / .NET or similar enterprise technology stacks
• Experience with containerization and cloud-agnostic architecture
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation (preferred)
