Job Title : RN Visit Nurse – Community-Based Role with Bonus

Location : Minnesota counties served by Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule : FT or PT + Flexible On-Call / Weekend

Compensation : $75,000 - $100,000 / year + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
