We’re looking for a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our cohesive, fun, and energetic team. If you’re passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and want to work in a collaborative, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Overview

The Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for managing sales, service, and long-term relationships with our maintenance clients. This role focuses on providing outstanding client service, growing existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and relationship-driven — a problem solver who anticipates client needs, ensures accuracy in project management, and serves as the primary point of contact for their accounts. A strong knowledge of horticulture, plant / turf types, and common landscape solutions is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients and develop strong, long-term relationships.
  • Provide accurate scopes of work, timelines, and support for production.
  • Approve project paperwork and ensure invoices are accurate.
  • Review past projects for performance (estimated vs. actual).
  • Provide crews with all necessary property details, work tickets, and notes for successful completion.
  • Conduct regular property site audits and document findings.
  • Collaborate with fellow Account Managers to share knowledge and resources.
  • Inspire and educate teammates on new systems and best practices.
  • Handle overdue invoices and maintain accurate client records.
  • Uphold company values and promote a culture of growth, positivity, and servant leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape account management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of local plants, turf types, common landscape issues, and solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software (experience with Aspire is a plus).
  • Positive, servant-leadership attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
