Wei, Wei & Co., LLP (WWC) is a dynamic, growth-oriented CPA firm serving clients across the U.S. and internationally. We are seeking a seasoned Internal Bookkeeping & Billing Specialist to join our internal finance team. This is not an entry-level role-ideal candidates will bring hands-on, lived experience in managing bookkeeping, billing, and financial reporting within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to) :

• Bookkeeping & Reconciliation : Maintain accurate books, reconcile accounts (bank, credit card, GL), and ensure proper allocation of all transactions.
• Billing & Invoicing : Prepare timely client invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting : Assist in monthly / quarterly reporting, and support audits with well-organized documentation.
• Expense Management : Track expenses, monitor budget adherence, and provide insights on cost control.
• Collaboration : Partner across teams to ensure accurate billing inputs and maintain open communication with clients when needed.
