L&D Clinical Supervisor Position - day shift 3 x 12s

Requirements :

Supervisor Experience - Required

Cerner Experience Required

Provides shift to shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service and utilization of resources for daily operations. Maintains the environment of care

Provides care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner. Care provided is appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Role models organizational values.

Leads / participates in dept process improvement to improve project outcomes

Facilitates employee engagement activities including professional / shared governance participation
