Job Opportunity At The Davey Tree Expert Company

The Davey Tree Expert Company is looking for skilled arborists to trim and remove trees, focusing on the removal of unwanted, diseased, or dying limbs to ensure the health and safety of trees and surrounding areas. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $32, based on experience.

The job duties include :

• Climbing trees using Davey's DdRT / MRS and SRT / SRS systems
• Implementing the Jobsite Hazards, Obstacles, Plan, Equipment (H.O.P.E) process
• Pruning, thinning, and removing deadwood throughout the tree canopy
• Installing cables, bracing, and lightning protection systems
• Removing hazardous trees
• Maintaining, preparing, and operating all tools and equipment including chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
• Operating as an active crew member with supporting ground crew
