Construction Estimator / Sales Assistant – $50,000 / year

Location : Waxahachie, TX 75165

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Salary : $50,000 annually

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator / Sales Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in construction estimating and strong administrative skills. You’ll be responsible for reviewing plans, preparing and sending quotes, and supporting the sales process—primarily through email communication.

Key Responsibilities :

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Prepare accurate estimates and send quotes via email.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.
Maintain organized records and follow up on pending quotes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses.

Requirements :

Ability to read and understand construction plans.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Strong written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent time management.

Comfortable working independently and communicating primarily through email.
