Responsibilities

• In depth knowledge on SNMP, Network Access Control (802.1x, Mac Auth)
• Hands-on experience and knowledge on VMWare or Hyper-V. (VM deployment, Configuration & Migration)
• Experience with MS Active Directory, Free Radius or equivalent.
• Experience working with L2 and L3 networks - Configuration, maintenance, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience and good understanding of Networking protocols such as ARP, IP, STP, VLAN, TCP, UDP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, SPBM etc.
• Good understanding on security concepts such as AAA framework - Authentication, Authorization, Accounting, 802.1X, Captive portal, VPN etc.
• Proficiency in Linux OS.
• Hands-on scripting knowledge using Java, Python, Perl, or TCL / TK.
• Hands-on experience using network tracing tools like Wireshark, Ethereal or TCPDUMP.
• Experience and knowledge on traffic generation tools like Ixia & Spirent
• Knowledge on Virtualization and Hypervisor (ESX, Hyper-V)
