The Role

You'll operate at the intersection of acquisitions and capital raising , combining your deal instincts with relationship mastery.

• Source and structure multifamily deals through your broker and owner networks
• Source investor and raise capital with confidence
• Run financial screens to identify opportunities worth pursuing, then dive into deep UW to ensure we are acquiring the best assets to deliver superior Risk adjusted returns to our capital partners
• Represent Aligned Ventures in the Texas market with credibility and conviction
• Earn true equity participation in every deal you source and help capitalize
