The Opportunity

Were looking for an Estimator / Project Manager to join our self-perform concrete team. This unique hybrid role bridges both preconstruction and project execution combining your estimating expertise with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Youll be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates managing budgets and schedules and ensuring the successful delivery of concrete work across KCI projects. If youre a builder at heart who enjoys both the numbers and the action in the field this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.

What Youll Do

Estimating :

• Prepare accurate detailed cost estimates for all self-performed concrete scopes including labor materials equipment.
• Review and interpret plans specifications and bid documents to determine scope and constructability.
• Perform quantity take-offs validate productivity rates and incorporate field feedback into pricing.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings site visits and bid reviews.
• Solicit vendor quotes and ensure scope completeness.
• Support the transition from estimate to field execution ensuring a clear and smooth hand-off to project teams.
