    Your Role at Artemis

  • Convert warm Zillow Flex and Market VIP appointments into successful closings.
  • Provide exceptional buyer seller consultations using our proven strategies.
  • Utilize our marketing, coaching, and support team to focus on building a sustainable, long-term business pipeline.
  • Build wealth through closings and stock revenue share opportunities .

    • Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License (required).
  • Minimum 1+ year sales or real estate experience (preferred).
  • Comfortable with technology (CRM, apps, digital tools).
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Follow-Up Boss or Flex is a significant advantage.

    • Compensation

  • 100% commission + stock + revenue share.
  • Agents on our platform typically earn $75,000 annually as new agents in the first year or two, depending on effort and experience.
  • Our top and most consistent producers earn between $200k to $450k annually.
