ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

It Insights is partnering with Bene-Care to find an Account Executive. The Account Executive plays a key role in driving sales performance, developing strategic sales plans, and supporting the success of the Sales division. This full-time, exempt position works closely with and reports directly to the Vice President. The base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with additional earning potential through commission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Develops and executes strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and business growth
  • Identifies new business opportunities and cultivates relationships with prospective
  • Manages procurement efforts, including contract review and sourcing to support operational
  • Collaborates with the President / CEO and other stakeholders on marketing initiatives, brand development, and communication strategies to enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Reviews and refines sales approaches to optimize effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Utilizes CRM tools to track performance metrics and maintain comprehensive records of sales
  • Attends client meetings and prospect engagements to represent the company and close
  • Fosters strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams to support client needs and strategic goals
  • Conducts ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform business
  • Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in a senior-level sales role with measurable results
  • Strong background in consultative sales, with experience managing executive-level client
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Proficient in delivering compelling presentations and negotiating
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

  • This hybrid role may require occasional travel by car
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required

Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The typical work environment has a moderate noise level.
