We are looking for a high-performing and dynamic Sales Director (Public Sector) managing and delivering revenue growth in Public Sector. The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos and close large multimillion-dollar deals.

As Sales Director, responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets annually. Sales Director's duties will include achieving annual targets, building client relationships and growing the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build a strong pipeline of large deals, drive them to win new clients
  • Consultative engagement with CXOs of target clients
  • Pursue to win large deals, manage CXO relationships and have customer stickiness
  • Work with internal solution, delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle- qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing, contract negotiation, etc
  • Understand Infosys Compaz solutions and services
  • To provide appropriate solutions to the clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability
  • Develop and expand a portfolio of clients
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Present, promote and sell services using "solid sales plans" to existing and prospective customers
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand our client base
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Initial focus will be Singapore and then expand to South-East Asia

Requirements :

  • Business degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of professional sales experience within IT Services in Singapore and South East Asia
  • Mandatory experience with either IT System Integration, managed services or software and services. Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services.
  • Hungry, motivated and self-driven
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive & C-level
  • Experience of working with System Integrators & similar companies
  • Should have existing C-level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts
  • Ability to drive large deals (>
  • SGD 50M)
