Job Title

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients in a critical access hospital setting.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses, with approximately 75% of duties related to Med Surg care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver safe and compassionate obstetric care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using CPSI or Perigen charting systems.
  • Support patients with a 1 : 1 OB patient ratio and a 1 : 3 maternal health patient ratio.
  • Participate in block scheduling to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • CPR and ACLS certifications.
  • Experience in labor and delivery nursing.
  • Knowledge of Med Surg care and obstetric procedures.

    • Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Certification in TNCC, NRP, or PALS.
  • Prior experience working in a critical access hospital setting.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and a fast-paced environment.

    • $2900 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend.
