Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for change management processes
Organize and host change management meetings to facilitate updates and discussions among stakeholders
Produce and deliver insightful reports on change initiatives and test results for continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
ITIL Foundation certification
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Applications
Experience with ServiceNow
Ability to work independently and escalate issues as needed
Experience with Jira and knowledge of AI-related technologies is a plus
