Job Description

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for assigned entities
• Maintain, review, and analyze all general ledger accounts
• Perform overall income statement and balance sheet analysis
• Oversee the accounting and operations for multiple private investment vehicles
• Assist with accounting and operations of private equity real estate funds
• Support the team in all investment fund accounting
• Analyze processes for improvement
• Recommend and implement process changes where appropriate
• Prepare analyses to support annual financial statement audits and the preparation of tax returns

Job Requirements

• The candidate must possess proficiency in business systems.

• Experience with Confluence is necessary.

• Proficiency in CRM is required.

• The candidate should have experience with Crystal Reports.

• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques is essential.

• Familiarity with About Time software is needed.

• The candidate should be proficient in various accounting functions.

• Auditing skills are necessary for this role.

• The candidate should have a strong understanding of budget processes.

• Experience in capital management is required.
