Coordinates candidate interviews. Post union job bids as necessary. Manage pre-employment assessments. Communicate with hiring managers, candidates, 3rd party recruiters, travel agencies and other interview team members to execute well planned interview days. Meet and greet candidates. Post positions on external sites
Posts new hire, org announcements, promotions and YOS communication on TV’s, email, Instagram, Workplace, and any other relevant communication channel
Generate and maintain various staffing related reports including weekly staffing reports, fill reports, and requisition
Prepare HR forms (e.g., new hire, employee separation)
Payroll check distribution
Maintains attendance tracker and discipline
Learning and Development :
Print Standard Operating Procedures binders and other training material
Schedule check-in meetings and take notes
Track training completion in Learning Management System
Create and send communication regarding training details
Assign computer-based training and generate reports
Coordinate logistics for training events
Miscellaneous :
Contribute to the team effort by taking on other duties / projects as assigned. Cross-trains with other team members in Human Resources to provide ad hoc support as needed
Active participant with safety culture, WISE elements, and culture
Liaison with company vendors

Minimum Qualifications :
Education and Experience :
College degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
1 year HR-related work or internship experience preferred
3 years administrative or support experience in an office environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Basic understanding of HR laws, practices, and procedures preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good process management and organizational skills
Analytic skills : Accurate math skills
