The IT Manager will play a key role in overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure, managing complex IT projects, and ensuring that IT initiatives align with our overall business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong management skills, technical knowledge, and a focus on driving operational excellence through technology.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with the Chief Technology Officer to implement and elevate the agency's IT strategy to align with business objectives and drive growth.
• Technical escalation point within the agency.
• Management and development of agency IT Support.
• Implementing, driving user adoption, and ensuring best usage of new technologies within the agency.
• Management of networking and cloud infrastructure within the agency.
• Ensuring infrastructure and endpoint asset management, including refresh cycles, vulnerability management, and patching / updates, are maintained per the agency's cybersecurity policies.
• Help drive and inform next-generation technology development.
• Assist with selection and implementation of agency technology initiatives.
• Oversee the design, maintenance, and security of key infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline adherence.
• Cultivate a high-performing IT team by recruiting, mentoring, and managing staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology innovations and process enhancements.
• Monitor and mitigate risks related to cybersecurity and data protection, safeguarding the organization's assets and information.

$90,000 - $105,000 a year. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
