Position Summary :

The Financial Analyst supports the Finance Department by processing, recording, updating, and reconciling financial data in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. This role is responsible for assisting with budget tracking, tax filings, reporting, and supporting financial operations such as accounts payable and receivable. The analyst collaborates with other departments, provides financial insight through analysis, and ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

Essential Functions :

• Pull, reconcile, distribute, and upload monthly inventory variances; prepare general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain and update various financial spreadsheets; create and post journal entries as needed.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual City / County Occupational and B&O taxes.
• Manage City and State business license renewals and registrations.
• Complete State and customer prequalification applications.
• Provide Accounts Payable and Receivable support across multiple branch locations.
• Analyze and report actual vs. budgeted performance on a regular basis.
• Compile and distribute monthly financial reporting packages to branches, including updates on backlog, cost, and revenue comparisons.
• Establish customers and jobs in financial systems (Viewpoint and / or TCR); update customer pricing in TCR.
• Process data entry and customer credit applications.
• Perform TCR uploads into Viewpoint / Vista systems.
• Assist with various ad hoc analysis and financial projects as assigned.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines.

Education Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
