As a therapeutic support specialist, you will be responsible for the following job functions :

• Works with children and families on interventions / skills aimed at improving functioning in the home, community and school. Helps families and children in applying skills that the patients learn in therapy to real world experiences
• Provides community-based supports to children and their families who are seeking recovery from a mental or behavioral health condition
• Completes all documentation for each patient service delivered
• Part of a multi-disciplinary team and participates in treatment planning as part of an integrated approach

Early evenings required and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

If you are in the process of obtaining an Associate’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree and / or have lived experiences please consider applying for the position.

Salary : This position includes a $2,000 sign on bonus and has an hourly rate of $20 / hour.

Per LRMHC’s Drivers Policy, the employee must have 100 / 300 / 100 personal car insurance continuously throughout their employment, be 21 years or older and able to pass a comprehensive yearly motor vehicle record check.
