Candidate Communication Product Leader

Lead the strategic direction for candidate communications and experience within Amazons Talent Acquisition Technology organization. In this pivotal role, you will reshape how Amazon engages with millions of candidates globally, driving innovations that transform the hiring experience at Amazons unmatched scale. You will own critical technology solutions that enable Amazon to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent who will ultimately serve our customers better. Key job responsibilities :

• Define the vision and roadmap for communications solutions that scale across Amazons global hiring operations.
• Spearhead product innovation by designing digital experiences that revolutionize how candidates discover, engage with, and navigate Amazons hiring process.
• Deliver next-generation self-service platforms, intelligent communication systems, and personalized digital touchpoints.
• Embrace emerging technologies and design thinking to create intuitive, frictionless experiences that delight candidates by increasing the speed and quality of their interactions with Amazon.
• Integrate AI technologies strategically to enhance personalization while establishing a unified technology foundation with complete visibility across all candidate interactions.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and recruiting teams to champion a product-led approach to solving complex hiring challenges at scale.
• Drive architectural decisions ensuring scalability and security while enabling rapid innovation and experimentation.
• Connect these innovations directly to key hiring metrics to develop data-driven insights that improve talent acquisition outcomes, reduce operational costs, and support evolving business needs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
