A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support field teams and store leaders in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR support to field teams and store leaders on policies and employee-related matters
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement workforce plans and organizational initiatives
Execute HR programs, coordinate change initiatives, and contribute to employee engagement efforts
Required Qualifications
Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
Foundational knowledge of core HR disciplines such as employee relations and performance management
Proven ability to support HR programs in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of HR data and reports to identify trends
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgment
