• 40 hours / week with varied schedule across two locations
• 18 - 25 patients per day with chart closure within 2 business days
• Federally qualified health center clinic setting
• Women's health procedures required including IUD and Nexplanon insertion
• EMR : OCHIN or EPI
• Must see all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Rural community practice
• Hospital privileges required
