ASC-based schedule - Monday-Friday, no nights, weekends, or holidays
Independent CRNA-led model - full autonomy, no medical director oversight
Bread & butter cardiac + vascular procedures
Flexible, predictable hours
Competitive compensation (1099)

Requirements

Current CRNA certification and Alabama license (or eligibility)

At least 1 year of experience preferred

Strong clinical skills + commitment to patient-centered care
