Role Responsibilities

The role provides essential support in bridging business process and system gaps, identify, add, maintain and resolve master data and transactional errors in the system that impact material planning, costing and inventory accuracy. Candidate will have good understanding of business process, analyze transactional data and identify opportunities to improve logistics operation efficiency.

You Will :

• Data health checks and metrics for the plant / warehouse.
• Identify process vs systems gaps and work with process owners & enterprise team to fill the gap.
• Master data / configuration issue notification and ticket generation.
• Work with Plant logistics operation and material flow engineer for any systems / process change.
• Master data creation & maintenance for plant and logistics operations center.
• Able to work with cross-functional team and lead projects for the department.
• Support Plant Logistics operations team with transaction and systems error.
• Data analytics and master data in-consistency check on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Cutover support during new product launch and phases.
• Support training team in creating job aids and SOP's.
• Support inventory team during physical inventory.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers, Supplier quality engineers and Rework teams for process flow understanding and master data setup.
• Participate in UAT testing and scenario development for new functionality deployment.
