Obtain and Review supporting documentation
Schedule Patients, confirm appointments, reschedule no shows
Create, fax detailed prescription for item being ordered
Request signed detailed prescriptions
Obtains prior Authorizations
Track all detailed prescriptions and prior authorizations (WIP)
Obtain all proper documentation needed to bill claims
Prepare items to be delivered for practitioner along with delivery slips
Cross train with front office personnel
Assist in answering phones
Data Entry
Assist front office when needed
Data Entry
Insurance Verification
Notify patients for all copays, deductibles and out of pocket expenses that they may be responsible for
