As a Logistics Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in the seamless operations of our supply chain. You will be the backbone of our organization, ensuring that goods are delivered to our clients on time, every time. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be working closely with various departments, including sales, production, and customer service, to ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

1. Coordinating and managing all aspects of logistics, including domestic and international shipping, ocean shipping, container packing, and freight.

2. Working closely with 3rd party logistics providers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of goods.

3. Overseeing the production planning process to ensure that goods are produced and ready for shipment in a timely manner.

4. Managing and negotiating tariffs to ensure cost-effective shipping.

5. Ensuring compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.

6. Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

7. Resolving any issues or delays in the shipping process.

8. Maintaining accurate records of all shipping activities.

9. Collaborating with other departments to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics coordination role.

2. Proven experience in managing domestic and international shipping, ocean shipping, container packing, and freight.

3. Extensive knowledge of tariffs and shipping regulations.

4. Experience in managing 3rd party logistics providers.

5. Strong understanding of production planning processes.

6. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

10. Proficiency in using logistics software.
